Note 1:
The Visa Butler’s original fastest service including same day submission to the embassy as documents are received subject to timings and availability. Otherwise next working day submission followed by your passport being returned same day as we receive the passport back from the embassy.
The passport & documentation will be collected and returned by a Visa Butler courier within central London (t&c’s apply). If outside this area the passport will be returned by Royal Mail next day special delivery unless a courier is requested where an additional charge will become applicable.
Note 2:
The Visa Butler Standard Service. Ideal for tourist travellers or group bookings when flights are more than 1 week in the future. This service is applicable for visas to Algeria, China, Egypt, India, Jordan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Thailand, and Vietnam.
The passport & documents are to be sent to our office and on return The Visa Butler will return documents by Royal Mail next day special delivery before 1pm.
Note 3:
If the client decides to cancel the application then a charge of £35.00 is applicable. This only applies if the client has sent us the documents and subsequently for any reason the documents are required to be returned.
Note 4:
If the client submits incomplete or wrong documentation and the application is refused at the embassy then a charge of £35.00 is applicable.
Note 5:
If The Visa Butler requests additional documentation to supplement the application before the submission date than a nominal processing charge of £10.00 is applicable.
Note 6:
If The Visa Butler requests additional photographs or process the printing of the photographs then a charge of £15.00 is applicable.
General Note:
Some countries will only accept personal applications. These include many Schengen countries, Central America, Mexico, USA.
