Algeria

ü Valid passport of not less than 190 days with at least two blank pages;

ü Letter of invitation from a company or institution in China or Visa Notification Form issued by an authorized unit in China (Visa notification refers to the form of visa notification issued by the Chinese government departments, companies and social organizations authorized by the Chinese Foreign Ministry).

ü Visa application form (all the columns of the form are mandatory and must be filled insert NA if necessary).

ü An original signed letter from the company in UK explaining the nature of business and duration of visit that includes the full name, date of birth and passport number of the applicant;

ü A signed Letter of invitation from an Indian company on their official company letter head clearly stating the full name, date of birth, passport number and purpose and duration for which visa is requested;

ü Visa application form (all the columns of the form are mandatory and must be filled insert NA if necessary).

Kazakhstan

ü Valid passport of not less than 190 days with at least two blank pages;

ü 1 recent passport photo;

ü A letter with a request to issue a visa addressed to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Kazakhstan. Please, indicate the purpose of your trip, your contact in Kazakhstan, the dates of your planned trip, and places to be visited. Also state the following :
1. Applicants full Name
2. Passport Number
3. Purpose of trip and the name of the company being visited.
4. The applicant’s company is financially responsible for the trip.

ü A completed visa application form (one per person). All fields must be completed.

ü Letter of invitation from persons or organisation in Nigeria addressed to the Visa Section, Nigeria High Commission, accepting full immigration Responsibilities/or evidence of sustenance in form of Traveller’s cheques to be cashed in Nigeria;

ü A completed visa application form (one per person). All fields must be completed.

ü Valid passport of not less than 190 days with at least two blank pages;

ü An original signed letter from the company in UK explaining the nature of business and duration of visit that includes the full name, date of birth and passport number of the applicant;

ü An invitation letter from Pakistan addressed to High Commission of Pakistan London

ü Last three months bank statements;

ü Itinerary, Hotel booking and schedule of visit;

ü Any other supporting documents of travel;

ü A completed visa application form (one per person). All fields must be completed.

Russia

ü Valid passport of not less than 190 days with at least two blank pages;

ü 1 recent identical passport’s photos (with white background);

ü Visa application form filled in online & printed – click link: (it will
take approximately 15-20 mins) and print from the website only. Ensure that the dates of your entry and exit, as entered in the application form, match with or fall within the period specified in the supporting documents.

ü Invitation issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry or its regional representatives or by an appropriate Russian Federation Migration Service branch. The invitation must contain: official seal and legal address of the host institution, document registration number and date of registration, signature and name of the official authorized to invite foreigners to Russia, purpose of visit, dates of stay, names of persons invited. *For a
multiple entry visa you are required to submit the original invitation; for single and double entry visas copies of invitations in particular cases maybe accepted, though the Embassy’s immigration officer may ask you to present the original invitation.

ü Introductory letter from your company (or from yourself if you are self-employed) giving full details of the traveller, destinations, terms and purpose of the visit. Self-employed and unemployed applicants must show copies of their bank statements for the last three months.

Saudi Arabia

ü Valid passport of not less than six months with two empty facing pages;

ü Invitation Letter from a Saudi Company;

ü A letter of introduction from the UK company addressed to Consul General Saudi embassy London;

ü Business visa application form.

Syria

ü Valid passport of not less than six months with two empty facing pages;

ü Letter from current employer on headed note paper confirming employment and current position;

ü 2 Syrian visa forms (per person) to be completed and signed.

Thailand

ü Valid passport of not less than six months with two empty facing pages;

ü Letter from a company stating the objective of the visit to Thailand

ü Letter of invitation from companies qualified to employ foreigners.

ü Document showing correspondence with trading partners in Thailand.

ü Employment contract indicating rationale for hiring the applicant as well as his/her salary, position and qualifications (document must be signed by authorized managing director and affixed the seal of the company)

ü Copy of Work Permit issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare (only in case the applicant has previously worked in the Kingdom )

ü Copy of corporate documents; namely 1) list of shareholders 2) business registration and business license 3) company profile 4) details of business

ü A completed visa application form (one per person). All fields must be completed.
